Management: 5 out of 5 Location: 5 out of 5 Value: 4 out of 5 Condition: 5 out of 5 The Dorchester is the best building in terms of location, amenities and quality of maintenance service. The staff and management are friendly. Many residents were able to lease through individual condo owners and not Allan Domb. The rooftop pool is available in the summer. The gym features 2 machines and a 50 in flat screen plasma TV. Edit Delete |
