Good location and reasonable prices, esp for roomates, makes the building popular with some Whartonites. Management: 2 out of 5 Location: 4 out of 5 Value: 5 out of 5 Condition: 3 out of 5 Decent sized 2 BDRs go from anywhere between $1,600/mo. to $1,800/mo. Front (A) units are larger layouts than rear (B) units . Washer/dryers are pretty old and management has not done a good job of replacing the items. Building is little old but clean and maintenance is adequately responsive. Overall pluses for the place: Value and location (just 2 blocks south of Rittenhouse Sq.). Overall minus: No doorman, old building, unreliable washers/dryers Edit Delete |
