Management: 3 out of 5 Location: 4 out of 5 Value: 5 out of 5 Condition: 5 out of 5 I agree with other reviewers' positive comments about convenience and value. Apartments have nice touches such as granite counter tops in the bathroom, etc. and feel very open and livable. The building is not as posh as pricier places south and east of here, but I like living in a building where I can take my bike up and down the elevator without trouble. If you must have a car, there is a garage across the street for $260 a month. Only thing I don't like is the 2 adult movie houses across the street. Still, I'd highly recommend the building to people without roommates (open floor plan could be a privacy problem for 2).  Edit Delete Great value in convenient location - dianam -

Management: 3 out of 5 Location: 5 out of 5 Value: 3 out of 5 Condition: 3 out of 5 I live in a 2-bed with a flatmate. The loft style high windows and ceilings are great but windows are only in the living rooms. So not only is there no window in my bedroom, but also to abide with the laws requiring natural sunlight, my Bedroom walls only reach halfway to the ceiling. This means there is no privacy between me and my flatmate. I heard that this is not the situation in all the 2BR here. SO inspect before you choose. Otherwise I would have said 2121 Market was bargain Edit Delete |
