Food: 5 out of 5 Service: 4 out of 5 Decor: 3 out of 5 Closer to TexMex than CaliMex - but way better than any other cheap Mexican place in Philly. If you're from the West Coast and missing real Mexican than this is the place to go. Entrees are between $7 and $13, most are below $10. Bring your beer in and they chill it for your (they do charge $1 per person who is drinking, which is strange, but not a big deal since you can drink as much as you bring in for that amount.)
