Andre is the best in Philly and better than any of the salons I went to in New York. He is very detail oriented and takes his time at the expense of churning more clients in and out. He has established a very cozy salon 5 blocks from Rittenhouse.. definitely worth checking out. Edit Delete Highly Recommend - waller -
