Management: 5 out of 5 Location: 4 out of 5 Value: 5 out of 5 Condition: 4 out of 5 Lived here 1.5 yrs in a 2BR/2BA. 10-15 minute walk to school, 5-10 minutes to Rittenhouse. 2 washers/dryers on each floor. Some units have in-unit W/D. Maintenance prompt (1 day turnaround on broken fan in bathroom). $2000 rent. West-facing apts have some freeway noise (not bad). It's a little farther from the prime bars than the ideal, but it's still pretty close. Hard to beat at the price point. Edit Delete Best building for Wharton students to live in! - elena -

Management: 5 out of 5 Location: 5 out of 5 Value: 5 out of 5 Condition: 5 out of 5 I've lived here for a year and could not be happier with my choice (did I mention that I am staying here for another year? :) ). The location is perfect because it's equally convenient for school and the center city night life. The management is very good and fixes up all problems immediately. Shuttle to school runs on time and efficiently, there is free laudnry and doormen are really nice (they will even water your plants when you are travelling for a small tip). The apartments are in good condition and get plenty of light. Plus, great value! Edit Delete |
